Join us for the Annual Dog Halloween Parade at Tompkins Square Park Saturday 24th at 12pm.
As most of you know from being to the parade, it gets very crowded and it's NOT really a parade.
It's more of a costume contest that people get in line for with they're dogs and the judges score each one.
The Cavalier group usually attends with they're dogs in costume, some stand in line and enter the contest others just mingle and observe and socialize with the other dogs.
