Trick or Treat everyone... It's that time of year again for the 2008 Dog Halloween Parade at Tompkins Square Dog Park. I've slowly learned through out the years that it's not really a parade it's more of a costume contest for the dogs. The competition gets fierce and unfortunatley some dog owners take it too far and sometimes they're pets look uncomfortable. I'm not really a fan of making any dog uncomfortable but you'll see for yourselves. Regarding meeting at Tompkins it gets hairy (ha). They close the dog runs and everyone is kind of all over just snapping pics. I will do my best to be there with Digby and everyone usually just bumps into other members strolling around. We can do our best to meet by the benches along the side of the dog runs. (Rain date is Sunday)
