If I understand your post correctly, this came from a craigslist ad? I tried the email address, but it came up undeliverable. Do you happen to remember where the ad was (i.e. title and date posted)? I looked under Sacramento for Oct 29 and Oct 28, but could not find it.

This was a Craigslist ad, since flagged and removed. This is not a pup of our breeding - I know nothing of the pup, the breeder, his background,etc. Make sure to ask the appropriate questions regarding health checks, etc., of course. Get the most information you can.

There are a couple of breeders from the Bay Area Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club ( https://www.quickbase... ) that are expecting litters from well bred, OFA tested parents. This would be a good place to look for a nice puppy.
